Presto acquires FBB&H and expands its presence in Eastern Germany
Jockel Brandschutztechnik (“Jockel””), part of Presto Group (“Presto”), Europe's leading provider of fire protection, first aid, and safety training, has completed the acquisition of Feuerschutz Brandenburg Bavaria & Hermann GmbH (“FBB&H”).
With this acquisition, Jockel is systematically continuing the expansion of its nationwide service network while strengthening its presence in Brandenburg and the surrounding regions.
Headquartered in Brandenburg an der Havel, FBB&H is a well-established provider of preventive and technical fire protection. The company offers a comprehensive range of services involving the sale, installation, maintenance, and inspection of fire protection equipment.. A particular focus is placed on the service and maintenance business, which accounts for the majority of operations and is built on long-term customer relationships.
Daniel Hermann will remain Managing Director, continuing to lead the company and ensuring continuity for customers, employees, and partners.
