The closing of the transaction is expected to take place on November 3, 2025. This strategic acquisition further strengthens Presto’s European position, as BHVNederland specializes in company emergency response courses (“BHV”), first aid and safety trainings, and consulting for occupational health and safety. The company also supplies and maintains prevention equipment and deploys flexible personnel for safety-related services. BHVNederland is headquartered in Rijswijk and serves thousands of customers nationwide.
