Presto strengthens its presence in Valencia through the acquisition of RBC
Eurofesa, part of Presto Group (“Presto”), Europe’s leading provider of fire protection, first aid and safety training, has incorporated the business unit of RBC Instalaciones de Protección Contra Incendios e Intrusión, S.L. (“RBC”), a fire protection installation and maintenance company based in Silla, Valencia, Spain.
The acquisition strengthens Eurofesa’s presence and service density in the Valencia region, bringing more technicians closer to customers and enabling faster, more efficient service. RBC is Eurofesa’s third acquisition in 2026, underlining Presto’s ambition to deliver comprehensive fire protection solutions across Spain and Europe.
RBC has operated in its current form since 2015, building on a fire protection business founded in 1985. The company offers installation and maintenance of fire protection systems, with a balanced mix between the two. Its team of skilled technicians serves close to 500 active customers in the Valencia area.
